A few things to note. The price of a good plot in Phase 5 M is about 120 lacs, while good plots in B Prism cost 70 + approx 20 lacs in development costs to be paid. The comparison is between 90 lacs in Prism B and 120 lacs in Phase 5 M; therefore, it is wrong to use 60 lacs figure. The 30 lac difference can be explained by the fact that Phase 5 M should expect possession in 12-18 months, while Prism B should take 4 years for development. |
