Dear friends,
Can some one pls guide what is good time to sell plot in dha town 9. I have 5 marla plot in B block but not sure where to sell it now or wait another 6 months to one year for maximum profit. Is it better to sell it and invest somewhere else or just sit and hold it for 6-12 months? Your honest opinions will be highly appreciate. Stay blessed. AH

dont sell it i believe as there would be a set back in prices for a while but evantually in a year or so when construction starts it will gain another 8 to 10 lacs most probably |

i agree with mr ali. dont sell it. wait for 6 months ..u will get good gains, dha town has a superb location, askari 11 on one side and dha prism at its back.the sooner construction starts it will gain more. |
