Need advice to start small business in Lahore,

Hello everyone!

I am planning to move back Lahore as I can't settle well and now kids need schooling too. I need your expert advice to start small business/shop for average life style while I have small house in Lahore near Bedian Road and some agriculture land (barani land have tube well for irrigation) about 25 hackter . I have about 3 to 5 million to invest. I was thinking about following business:-

Category 1-Retail store/shop

1-Garment Store(including school uniform)
2-Gifts &Toys
3-Shoes Store (may be franchisee)
4-Tiles and bath accessories
5-Building Material or
6-Iron Store

Category 2-Farming

-Goat or Calf flattening Farm on land and may be setting up meat shop in Lahore

Category 3

##Setup small mineral water filling station

##Montessori School or Academy
