Plot files are being traded in market under the tags of DHA Phase-9 Proper and DHA Phase-9 Extension...with Phase-9 proper files traded at higher price...
Question:
1- Phase-9 proper has already been balloted so what there are still Phase-9 proper files...?
2- What will be the location of Phase-9 proper files... as there is no reserved space on PRISM map....Will it be part of Phase-9 extension i.e. beyond Hudiara Drain?
3- If it is part of Proper Phase-9, will these plots be developed along with already balloted Phase-9 (PRISM) plots...?

Proper files are for prism and if you look closely on the map there are pockets and areas which DHA declared as unplanned. These will be allotted against recovered and unplanned areas but development may be late or can be on the same time. But difference in plot and file at this moment is not much so i would suggest to go for plot rather than file. |
