I need to buy a 1 or 2 BR flat 2nd Floor in and around Johar Town (PHA Wafaqi Colony etc.,)proper residential area not commercial plaza's flats. Will appreciate experts guidance, advise & valuable suggestions please.

I would suggest you to check B-Type PHA Apartments in Shabbir Town on Raiwind Road Lahore.
