Based upon my experience , the prices will fluctuate in either direction( increase or decrease) once the installments will be due. I have observed this phenomenon in may projects where people keep paying the installments or development charges but prices won't reflect those payments and they remain like that. On the other hand when market is really in boom than prices will appreciate but the rule of thumb is until the project is complete it pass through many phases and see ups and down. |
