Please do not buy in IEP as this society is controlled by plunderer and looters.I bought one Kanal plot in 1989 for 2.5 Lakhs and after ten years there was no development work and I was forced to sell my same plot for 2 Lakhs.So mu advice is still do not waste your money on this corrupt society.

55-70 lac is too much for that. U can easily buy in this budget good located plot in any society at Raiwind Road, then why to go away from main stream. |

Iep has direct approach to college road via eden and with new bridge on Kahna railway and expansion of defence road it becomes best on defence road . |

LDA will construct the remaining portion of this road. Hopefully during construction or after completion of flyover. This road will further extend to latif avenue, DHA EME in future. |
