LRE Team and Others,
I have a question around BTL Sector F balloted but undeveloped plots like Alamgir etc.
I own a balloted file for which I paid all the installments except for last 2 which are now over due along with surcharge.
At this point there is no sign of development for these blocks, in fact i have read on this forum that BTL does not even own land for these blocks.
My question is, what should be the best course of action around the unpaid installments.
If the suggestion is to wait, please also mention how long this wait can be.

There are now two solutions only.
One is to hold the file and pray to ALLAH to give some wise to MR.
Second is to exit by bearing loss! |

Dear Alamgir, please stay cool and hold your file one year more.Bahria town is very keen to solve this issue,it will be solved very soon.Bahria is purchasing rest of the land .you are the customer of bahria town,it will not let you down.If you are not satisfied, then you can move to bahria orchard as it has good potential in 8m , 5m plots of lco blocks.Both decisions are good. |

bro dont worry..development is not an issue for BT..they are purschasing land once done..development will be in full swing...we have witnessed already how fast they can work..IN SHAA ALLAH BTL will soon resolve this issue |
