Can you please advise regarding the non-possession blocks of Phase 7 such as blocks Y,U,T,X,Z. Is it safe to invest in these blocks and are there any land issues in these? Also what is the investment potential for 2-3 years?

Dear numan Its very safe to invest there Upto my knowledge minor issues in u blok - Y and x r best for ten marla cnal and 2canal Upper cutting is 105 averge plot there While lower cutting is 90 average Best time to buy was 3 months before - Possession in novmber n demeber Prices ll rise by ten percent n good to invest in 7 Than shift to phase 8 or 9 |

Thank you Azhar for the detailed response. What's your opinion about CCA4 commercial in T block. Currently the prices are low. Can it be a good investment. Also after possession, do you think the prices in general will rise by 10 percent? |

As Azhar advised, the coming months or a year is best time for phase 7 in terms of buying/selling. People who are interested to construct their homes in the next 2-3 years, are very much interested to buy here. Those who want to buy as investment, will also gain considerable price rise within a year. Construction activity has already started in blocks which already have possession and others' possession is expected shortly. Good luck. |

Mr nouman T block is amongest t the good bloks of phase 7 in matter of selling and buying Once there is good residencial activity in any blok their comercial will also rise therafter Its safe to buy there And good time to buy there- You may also study phase 8 ivy commercial that also has a good future |
