Dha multan prices furthur droping y ??,

1. Procedure for getting file in dha multan in steps .

Call LRE for current price. Lock file price and transfer date by sending 1 to 2 lacs token money to LRE. Provide two pictures CNIC copy of purchaser to LRE. Make demand draft(Also called pay order) for seller and provide copy of pay order to LRE. Buyer or buyers representative in Pakistan will travel to Multan on transfer day with LRE staff or alone to have transfer inside DHA Multan office. Transfer papers are submitted in DHA Multan office in 1st half of the day. On same day in couple of hours buyer or buyer representative will receive intimation letter from DHA Multan transfer officer and after receiving intimation letter a demand draft is handed over to seller.


Buyer can now wait for 2 days and receive his allocation from DHA Multan office. If buyer is outside Pakistan he will receive it any time in future when he visits Pakistan.

During all transfer buyer is fully protected by LRE. LRE will be responsible for token money and full payment is handed over to seller ONLY after buyer or his rep actually gets his intimation letter from DHA Multan office.

As informed by many LRE experts, DHA MULTAN is the gold mine. Market fluctuations are temporary due to new files / land entry in DHA MULTAN. U will see the price of file will go to around 70 lac in few months. I have also bought 2 files refer days back. Thnx

The file of Phase 9 ( hot cake )backed by strong investors focus was not able to touch 70 in Lahore (investment hub). Even after the balloting the average location without development are available in 63-65 lacs today. How you can predict 70 lacs for DHA Multan in few months? Be realistic ....and give rationale for your prediction.

Dear Arslan Sahib,
My comments are based on rationale. In Lhr there are many good options available like phase 9 for people but for complete Seraiki belt dha multan is the ideal location for secured living. Moreover balloting of dha multan is expected soon. WAPDA Town just in front of Dha multan is costing approximately 10 Millions for 1 kanal. Thx

Dear Ashir Sb. Khawabon ki dunia se bahir aa jayain kyon k DHA Lahore Phase 9 File rate 58 lac tak gaya tha. woh lahore ha or janab yeh multan ha multan lahore se kasie aage jaye ga. Thanks for the forcast.

You have raised interesting point but people won't move from their respective cities just for the sake of DHA. Siraiki belt is huge and speculating DHA project for the whole siraiki belt raise ambiguity. How many people moved from Kasoor to Lahore, or Gujranwala to Lahore? Secondly, rule of thumb is when construction activity starts than prices appreciate and when builders buy land to construct and sell houses than prices inflate. I respect your opinion but I believe that it takes few years (4-5) for solid gains.
