I asked few guys and they hot news about SL2 merger in Prism Dha phase-9.

anybdy can comment on this hot news or its rumour.

Yes you are right. It is very strong news. price of SL2 is increasing sharply. Very difficult to find a open file. Price increased from 28 to 35 recently.

Yes now a days SL2 market is too hot... Prices are increasing sharply... Sigh of relief for SL2 owners...

but i don't know the source of information, 2 years before same rumour was there in trhe market end resiult was nothung.

Anybody knows the source or LRE team will like to comment on this issue.

DHA will be announcing the merger with State Life 2 very soon. They have plans to establish a mental hospital and zoo for all those people who are spreading rumours about State Life 2 merger with DHA :P

CMY has said many times that this merger is not possible. SL2 has many issues litigation, huge land pits, corrupt management, un-approved land, etc. It will take decades to rectify all these problems based on DHA merger history with Park View and Air Avenue.

Merger... I think u hvnt read any post of CMY sir after balloting of PRISM... he repeatedly mentioned in his posts that SL2 will be acquired by DHA.... If you want proof then read all posts of CMY sir after March 2015... U will know...

Secondly no one is saying that this news is 100% true but there may be some reality in it... that merger or acquisition could happen....
