While there isn't much difference between phase 9, 5 Marla plot and balloted file. There is significant gap in case of 10 Marla file and balloted plot....
If someone is not in a hurry, is it advisable to go for a 10 Marla file if someone doesn't have the budget for a balloted plot ?

It will also like to add a question that every file is issued with khasra number added with the dispatch number of the file. so is it advisable to purchase a file having potential of allotment of a plot after balloting in the pockets of the desired blocks to avoid the Nala and comparatively bad location Blocks like "J" etc. However, in my opinion there would be more that 70 % chances that your future plot will be located on boundary location of any block. |
