Dear Experts,

I am planning to buy a plot in DHA Phase 7 Blocks Y or Z1 Near to Bedian Road for building home in future. Please guide will there be any developments on bedian road and if these blocks have entrance towards bedian road ?

The whole phase 7 is gaining from the past few weeks due to nearing possession for these blocks. Blocks Y and Z are good options. You must have heard that there is going to be a Kidney & liver hospital constructed (work already started) which will get its access from Bedian road. In additional, in near future, Lahore Knowledge Park construction activity is also going to start, which will also be connected via Bedian Road. I think that's the reason, why prices in Z1, Z2 and Y blocks are increasing rapidly. Good luck to you too.
