Dear LRE Team, kindly also advise if I want to sell this one and buy a better location within same R Block , then when is the good time to do so?
Should I sell it now and wait for market to come little down and then buy again ? or
Should I just sell and buy now at the same time?
I can put max 3-5 lac more in my investment.
