I called state life office to enquire abt rumours, they said good news is coming very soon and formula will 1 Kanal = 10 or 12 marla dvelopment included.
may be Block CC & JJ will not merge and State life will develop these two blocks later. But stll any thing to say is not sure just wait ...wait ...wait.

@M.. Currently 10 marla in EE ranges from for transfer plots and open file is trading between 21-23.. And kanal plots are in the bracket of 30-40... BB and JJ are some what at lower prices than CC... U can find one kanal in BB and JJ in the bracket of 30-35 and in CC 32-40... Sharing a little info that i got today from a dealer who is actively dealing in SL2... |
