Comparision of DHA Phase 9 extension & Phase 11,

Dear Mian Sahib,

I have 5 marla file residentional in Phase 9 extension. I want to sell it and want to buy 8 marla
residentional plot in Phase 11 (Halloki).
Please advise me that my decision is better or not,
