In almost same price by adding few more lacs you can buy a plot in Nargis Block, which worth more as lot of houses are there and many under construction. A lot of builder activity is rising in Nargis Block. Prices are increasing sharply and adjacent to Golf View. LRR interchange will be also 500 meters away.
Whereas Overseas B is almost dead and will remain for few more years with the chance of get affected by LRR.
