for Rs10M investment , is buying a 1 kanal plot in ph7 wise? and please clarify , are the prices in ph7 gradually increasing day by day?

And it is clear dha is going to announce possession in phase 7 indecember-

King Fahad, you should invest in Saudi Arabia ya habibi. I heard there's a very nice project called the Lakes of Khobar by Emaar. Ya'ani they even allow females to drives within that community. Sure shot winner!
P.S. You wouldnt get a good plot in Phase 7 for 10m. |

Yes, buying One Kanal plot in Phase-7 is wise decision at this moment. Prices are gradually increasing day by day because it is highly under priced. |

I respect your honest opinions.
The project you have mentioned seems much more expensive. It seems to be starting at SR 1.2 million. How can you suggest such thing for a person with budget Rs. 10M?
The reason I am asking is that I also live in Saudi Arabia and cannot think of it if I have around same budget even if I like it. |

Of ph 7 gone much up n ll keep on rising after eid till there is else where opportunity in dha(which doest appear rt now)
So ph7 ll see boom in next 6 months or year |
