I dont have a plot in A. I have plots in Q and P and I wasnt lucky enough to get these plots via balloting. I sold my balloted plots and bought these two plots. The reason I bought these plots is because I believe these plots have more potential of capital gain. Block Q primarily because I have a feeling nomatter where the development starts from (Blocks A or R), Q will be the connecting phase so it will obviously be affected. Blocks A and R in my view are likely to be the starting points of development. Block A because its connected to DHA Town and development will move down Phase A. Block R because this is where DHA's vested interests and personal investments are (DHA apartments, marquees etc). Finally Q is where DHA University, School and Waterpark will be so I believe it will be the Queen phase demanding DHA's attention.
And finally I dont give a monkey's butt as to if someone takes my advice seriously or not. Including you my lord. I am here to learn so I can maximize the ROI on my investments. My comments wont make or break the market. If someone doesnt like my comments, feel free to skip them. |
