Salaam LRE experts,
I want to buy a 10marla-1kanal plot for construction of my very own house. I am not sure what would be the ideal society for this. I have shortlisted to DHA and Bahria town, I need ur expert advice in this regard. Should I go for phase 8 Dha ( I heard its almost developed) or should I go for sector C bahria town.
Information from fellow members is also much needed. May ALLAH be with us all.

I will prefer to build in Bahria Town. Not only sector c is good but also Oversease B and Janiper Blocks are very good. In my opinion Bahria Town is much better than DHA. DHA can cannot compete with Bahria Town in terms of quality infrastructure, safety, 24 hours supply of gas and power. However, DHA has edge location wise. As ring road is starting soon so this will not matter any more. Bahria Town is beautiful. I am living there for the last two years in Oversese B and I am very happy. Good luck. |
