Brothers. Please I have 5 Marla file in 9 Prism. I was thinking about selling 5 marla prism and purchase 10 marla in PHASE 9 EXTENSION. Please let me know your thoughts if you think it is a good idea? OR Should I only buy 10 Marla in 9 PRISM? I plan to build a house on 10 Marla inshallah 15 years from now if Allah permit me. Please let me know your thought PLEASE ANYONE RESPOND???

Dear Time is important then money, Dont Make plan tooooooooo long.Construct 5 marla and enjoy there, by the way
in my point of view U should hold Phase 9 polt till its reach at peak prices, You should w8 3-4 year, Then U should switch, This is not the right time to switch

Kamran sahib please elaborate what do u mean by that is not the right to switch from 5 marla prism to 10 marla prism?
