Please advice if I want to spend 50 Lac which should be the choice?
DHA 9 Town (I heard its good for short term)
Z Block Phase 8
DHA 9 Prism (which block?)
Also which Phase 9 blocks are better for 5 Marla?

better to buy 1 kanal plot in prism or 2 5 marla plots in prism. |

DHA Town max gains already earned. So no need to get into it now. Invest in a top location 10 marla in Prism. I'd suggest R block. |
