There was jump in prices in specific blocks, but i donot confirm either these was due to bianas done by most of dealers to attract oversees.
However, i think there is a difference of assessment price and prices mentioned in selling list available at LRE web site. This may be difference of bargaining, which is almost 3 to 5 Lacs? |
