Please evaluate prism plot no 1211 h block.should I sell and switch to more promising plot anywhere or should I keep it for an other 3-4 years as I can hold it.
In case I opt to sell it how much I have to add in order to get a good location plot preferably near a park.

H 1211 Prism is valued around 62 Lacs. H Block is not bad one except facing youhanabad village for long term
