Dear Rashid I wonder how this evaluaton is done . You have evaluated 782 of T as of value 155 lacs while 1877 of T of value b/t lacs and if you look onto map both are equidistant from Commercial area and school. T 1877 is neither facing park nor a corner plot . I ve nothing against 1877 but want to know the logical reason of the this huge difference of 30 lacs.
