Dear Experts,
I have 40 million rupees coming next month, can you plz suggest best investment options for at least 5 to 10 years time.
I read this forum for quite some time, but really very confused.

Dear Mr.Ahmed,
Keep focus on DHA due to peace of mind and satisfaction. Better to buy Commercial Property to Get maximum out of it.For 10 Years Prism commercial, for 5 years Ivy Green and dha phase 7 commercial are reasonable ones.

If I have 4 crores today, I will make following investment blend:
4 Marla Commercial Phase 7 (be availabe soon for construction and subsequent rent out)
4 Marla Commercial Phase 9 Prims (will be availabe for construction after 8/10 years but big capital gains expected) |

giving you strange advise but time tested one
out of 40 million spend 10 million in the name of Allah for poors, rest 30 millions buy any property to best of your knowledge...
After 3-5 years you will have minimum following gains
10 x 7 = 70 millions

30 Millions
G Total 100 Millions atleast
For such investment you require no technical knowlede but SIMPLE TRUST ON ALLAHS PROMOMISE i-e He gives seven time on your spending...it is not theory only but practically highly achivalble...In this blog you would find number of people who would have experience such high profit bussiness.
