Sir between 11-12 lacs in Lahore the safest location for investment is Lala Land housing Society Lahore. Meray innocent bhai aaj kal 12 lacs mai khuch nahi mil raha. It is so sad. Purpose of these housing soc is to provide affordable living to an ordinary middle class person who is the true back bone of our society but unfortunately this because a trading floor parallel to stock market. Really hope GVT step in and establish strict rules and regulations in dha so people like my brother Adam can buy at least 5 marla plot for 12 lacs. btw I myself have a plot for 90 lacs in defense and I don't mind if it comes down to 40 lacs as long it will benefit the ordinary man. I am not an expert but you can go for Central Park. You might find a 5 marla plot. This society looks very well organized and prices seem low for the amenities. |
