So i have noticed that two plots bang opposite each other in Sector H 1211 and 1219 have been priced with a difference of 4 to 6 lacs. One was quoted at max 58 and the other at max 62. Also, despite H block plots being relatively more liquid compared to a few other blocks, LRE team seems very conservative in pricing them. However while selling i see they are quoting higher prices for the same locations in H block. Kind of confusing!

Nothing wrong with that. If your plot's worth is 60 and you really want to sell it, you have to ask for a little more may be 63 or 65 in order to keep room for negotiation. If you ask 60 and say no room for negotiation (Bata price) then many buyers will not consider it. It is a matter of psychology.
The ask is virtually always higher than the bid. |
