Well, it doesn't looks like an old house. It was properly maintained and renovated with the passage of time. You can visit and see the current condition by yourself.
Here land price is 10 to 15 Lac per Marla depending upon the location. Location is excellent facing main Link Wahdat Road, behind Total Pump and very near to Cakes & Bakes and Malmo Bakery.
As far as demand is concerned, its negotiable. |

butt sahab aap ne link wahdat road kabhi dekhi bhi hai ? me waha rehta hoon mere bhai... iss road pe ab banks, schools bakeries etc ban rahi hain.. as mentioned by salman too..
thora se peeche ki traf ayen to auto workshops ki market hai at main... so this place is semi commercial..

Dear If your money is hard earned do not buy plots and wait- Due to army massive crack down, black money is soon going to be out from plot business, which is in very huge amount.As a result the plot prices is going to come down to 1/4 th of its present prices. |

Those who r saying u can get brand new house in this price are living in 2010. The asking price of brand new house in Iqbal town is above 3 crores and I have 2 houses sold one for 2.80 crores and one for 2.70. So his asking is not wrong. |
