PLEASE ADVISE If my budget is low is it better to buy Bad location 1 Kanal plot in 9 PRISM OR getting a 1 kanal file in Phase 9-EXTENSION ?? PLEASE ADVISE BROTHERS.

Dear Sir,
It is strongly advise able to buy plot in Prism than Phase 9 extension file.It can grow earlier than Ph 9 exentsion
