I have a file in BT Sector F whose all installments have been paid. I am bit worried due to "Uncertainty" around sector F. I need expert advise that should I sale it now bearing a loss of around 4-5 Lakh or hold it in hope that things will get better in a year or so. I am salaried individual so I can not afford a loss of 32. Also, kindly give your expert opinion that how you see BT Sector F future and how much more time they will need for Balloting.

Sell it and invest in DHA Multan. Inshallah will gain far better including the loss u will be suffering in sale of Sector-F.

dont sell..u have waited alot..soon this issue will be resolved..once the main entrance from multan road for sector f and the ring road issue will definately be settled by the Bt..these are the tactics of market just be patient |

Bahria is better than DHA. Because DHA is long term as compared to Bahira |

i m also the onwer of tow files of bahira town lahore the one is Sector F and the other one Golf view botgh files are on risk accrodding to rumors
But the thing dose not let me sell thses files is Bahria history.
there are so many time Bahria passed from the crisis up and down but ultimately bahria never makes its investor disopndent.

Don't invest in DHA Multan OR Bahawalpur. This will take atleast 10 years for possession but Bahria will take maximum maximum 5 years for possession |
