I have noticed since the ballot of phase 9 files, the price for phase 7 files has gone up, 1 kanal is now at 70.
A lot of people in the market are also talking about phase 7 as investment and how the work is being completed and it so people can start building homes soon.
Is Phase 7 a better investment and safer investment with less volitility compared to phase 9?

Dear Sir,
Well If you want to pay development charges 20 lacs approximately in installment then buy it .Otherwise if have budget of 90 Lacs. then buy balloted plot.
If investment is for 5 years. Buy Phase 9 Prism one kanal plot
