When the official notice from BT Management will come. This means the Golf View will be failed badly

I've got information; that BT are struggling a lot in order to build fly over by their own cost in order to save lot of plots, houses & commercial shops that are likely to be affected by LRR.

khan replied on Sunday, August 9, 2015 09:08 AM

so who would like to own a plot under a flyover ?
who would build a plaza next to a flyover?

ALI replied on Sunday, August 9, 2015 11:02 AM

Khan Sb; I totally agree with you!
I think BT will try to build fly over above the BT Roads
This is just my opinion. Rest God knows better!
But this is totally uncertain situation now.
How BT will handle this because this is now finally approved by Chief Minister

Habib replied on Sunday, August 9, 2015 12:00 PM

Thta Is Good Slution of prblem If BT can build Flyover on existing Main Boulevard It will save the Plan Though still commercial on Both sides Me Be devalued but Bahria will also Get Revenue from Govt of Punjab

revennue will be less as sector E and F are not approved by anu authority hence will be compensated acc to DC rates of agricultural land

ksa replied on Sunday, August 9, 2015 04:47 PM

When the markings from BT will be finalized which will show that which plots, commercial plots & houses will be affected.
What's the BT management is doing on now. They had prepared their proactive measures in order to resolve this issue. Now the CM has signed the old route of LRR.
People please wake up and put pressure on BT management to please provide us markings
