I am interested in investing in DHA phase-9 commercial plot preferably 8 marla in Zone-1. Is it a good investment for next 5 to 7 years? or is there any better opportunity other than this?
If someone can share available properties with expected price range.

Currently selling at 500 lac range on main boulevard.
One can't predict future but you can expect at least 100% gain in 5-7 years as per my assessment. |

phase 8 z block could also be a good opportuity with a price tag less than phase 9 prism and hopefully be ready for population / construction in next 5 to 7 years |
