does this intimation will have any effect on prices?

what id the expected time of start of development of prism?

Dear Sir,
As we told many times before, DHA yet to start to send intimation letter to owner of plots.We dont have exact date. there is possibility can prolong till September as well.Is there is effect on prices after getting intimation letter, too early to say ?
According to DHA , they are going to start development on Jan 2016.
