I'm oversease Pakistani and planning to visit Pakistan for 3 weeks.
I have 1 kanal ballotted plot in N Block (Near Boundary but not at great location or near Drain/Nala in DHA Phase 9 prism and I have plan to sell it and to buy 10 Marla at better location.
Could you please reply what is current selling price near N-881 and if you could please reply with any available 10 Marla Plot with price from average to best location?
Also, what will be the expected development charges for 10 marla plot and when I will start paying development charges in installment?
Do you think if its possible to sell above 1 Kanal plot and buy 10 Marla plot within 3 weeks?

Dear Sir,
The idea is good to dispose of of boundary location and buy good location of 10 marla or one kanal depending on location. Due to immense selling pressure of Poor located plots in prism. hard to sell. We are trying to sell N 26 @ 52 lacs but unable to find buyer. In current situation we can try to sell the plot at best possible price. Please send details to me.
