Can someone recommend me which phase is best in State Life Lahore Phase 2 ?
And what's the future of this investment ? Any plus, minus ?

please stay away. Todays 1 kanal in state life mean future 10 marla in 9 prism . When ? No one knows. Than why not just buying 10 marla prism and playing safe. |

Sir when DHA took over any society in Lahore they NEVER gave 1 KANAL vs 1 Kanal. In few take overs they even gave 5 marla against 1 kanal. Please do some research and homework on your own and you will find out yourself. Keep in mind state life 2 will be eventually part of Prism. That is for sure . When no one knows..but it will be. Basically you should think as you are getting 10 marla in prism which you will get sometime in future date. |

Price difference between state life 2 one kanal and 10 marla dha 9 is approximately 15 lac. |

@MWB If dha merger done with the state life 2 then the state life plot holders ll not get full plot.Either they ll get 1/2 or 1/3 or 1/4.
It means one kanal plot holder can get 10 marla ,7 marla or even five marla depending upon merger terms and conditions. |

Who will authorize state life Phase 2 for merger with DHA at such terms and conditions? I would suggest that State life society management should not go for such deal and keep its identity. DHA intends to take over the State Life Phase 2 to get a right of way to LRR for its prestigious prism 9 sector. The plot owners of State life phase 2 can also go to courts to annul any deal with application of conversion formula. State life phase 2 management cannot take any decision at its own against the will of its members. |

Some people are trying to create chaos about SL Phase 2. There is no such a reality of merger. SL Phase 2 is a renown society and has already built its Phase 1. Map of Phase 2 is already approved and some land adjustments with DHA has been finalized. There is no merger at all. People who are floating negativity in the market have no interest in SL2. SL2 will INSHA ALLAH develop this land itself and it will be a great society with a great location. |
