Suggestion regarding 5 marla bahria town houses,

Aoa...i need advise plz..I have almost 3 crore budget..i am thinking to buy 4 houses of 5 marla in bahria town in gud location so that i can get rent of 35 to 40,000 per house..whats ur advise..plz answer

Bad Idea. Rent will give you 5% of investment. Buy commercial. Outcome is 30 to 35%. But became full. Bad location in commercial would stuck your investment.

40x3=120,000 Per month and 1,440,000 Per year only,minus depreciation cost Your houses= approx u get profit only 1 million in one yaer

But Commercial will give u minimum 5 time of rental value approx depend on location

@Mde there are pros and cons of your idea.
If you need monly some amount to cater your day to day needs then this idea (having houses on rent) is of course good idea. However, if you want this as investment; it will be liability instead

#Nazir..bro u r rite..i need monthly some amount to carry out mine n my family expenses thats y i am thinking to buy 5 marla safari villas in lahore bahria..what will be your advise then If someone want some growth in property price plus monthly income too ??
