some person telling me to invest in fazia ph 2 instead of nfc ph 2 . however on visiting both places , comparing , news about lrr he sound foolish as nfc much better from all aspects even development so far but same prices of plots , his logic was nfc ph 2 no buying selling , fazia ph 2 have a lot do no think a lot do as i am saying and invest with us to earn . we do not need logic's in property ??

Fizaya phase 2 is not good option as if today as there are better options available in market. One must go on site before buying anything . sui gas 2 is much more developed than nfc2 and has potential to be linked with Bahria very soon. |

I also Think NFC2 is better, Location and LRR factor and Main Access, Plus it is Bigger. Due to sale and purchase trends there are some temporary anomalies these are corrected later based on ground realities. Property Business is not stock exchange where you can change Loyalties 3 times a day. In property you stick to your decision for years sometimes decades.
If I have Choice I will invest in NFC2 |
