I purchased 2 files (5 Marla, 30 lac each) of DHA Town Phase 9 last year. Please tell me the future outlook of DHA Town Phase 9. Is it wise to wait till balloting or can i sell them as I was told that prices of 5 marla files are already on higher side and market can crash? I need your advise.
