AOA,
I came across this nice web site and want to inquire about buying a plot in State Life 2.
Coming to Lahore in next 30 to 45 days and thinking to buy 2 plots of 1 Kanal each at State Life 2 for investment purpose for for next 2 years. Anyone can advise me if I am doing the right move for investment for next 2, 3 years?

In my opinion avoid slf-2. Risk is pretty great and already many rumors about it in market. Try to invest in some secure society like dha , Bahria(on ground only) etc. |

Ahmed: Your research is absolutely right. SL2 is the top most attractive society with less prices at this time in the market. It has already given double return to its owners in one year. Some people who dont have any plot in this society are trying to spread rumors and trying to keep people away with their wrong means. please dont listen to this kind of people and look at the success. Prices of SL2 are still increasing everyday..... |

A lobby want to capture many plots of SL2 by spreading rumors that SL2 will neither developed nor merged with DHA PRISM 9. actually they included State Life Associations (Management) are trying their best to keep the paper work very slow and to get as many as they can acquire plots from plot holders by various rumors in the market. i request all the plot holders not to afraid the situation. the future of the sl2 is bright as the surrounded societies are going rapidly high |

HM: Pt holes is not a problem in today's time. It can be filled within minimum time. It will just add another a couple of hundred grands in development charges. Come on man, you are living in 21st century and talking about pit holes.... |

For those hoping to double their money with the expectation that their 1 kanal SL2 will be replaced by a 1 kanal prism - please dont fall into this trap. Mainly because: 1. Your betting on a chance that it will merge with Prism 2. Your 1 kanal SL2 will NOT turn into 1 kanal Prism rather 10 marla or 5 marla Prism if the merger happens 3. Use your capital to invest in a good location 5 or 10 marla plot instead. This will be a risk free investment. |

It seems a lobby trying to create hype that sl2 is going to merge with dha prism soon. There is nothing on card right now intact sl2 is under pressure for not delivering since long time. Check article on sl2 on lre written by CYM sb few months back. Everyone please do proper research and consultation before investment. |

I think Bahria Orchard is better option for short term investment.STL2's land is deep and difficult to develop, but if you agree to take risk then good. Do not believe in rumors of merging in dha.There is no reality in this news.only dealers game,you can also invest in dha 9 with same budget. |
