Which investment option is good, a file of 5 Marla in DHA Town or a plot in R-Block DHA Prism? Is it a good idea to sell the file of DHA Town and purchase a plot or wait till DHA Town Balloting?

It is far better to invest in r block better location in R block. DHA Town prices are peak at the moment. NO definite time period for town file balloting
