I would like to request well informed and experienced friends on this forum , as to how the rental value of a commercial property in DHA Lahore is related? Is it 6% ( of the value of a property ) as annual rent or more?
A plaza bought for Rs 7 crores in DHA 5 , how much monthly rent is expected?
How much would be the cost of constructing a 7 storey plaza ( Basement , G , M , plus 4 ) on a 4 marla commercial plot in DHA?
