Hi everyone,
I am looking to buy good location plot in Prism. But I have been told there will be correction in coming months and prices will rise again around October-November. Is that true? Anyone seeing prices coming down or it's a myth?

People were saying the same before prism ballot that prices will come down but they have proved to be wrong. Buy a good location without any delay

Never, Prices will not come down,
See the realty, Visit all societies surrounding of PHase 9, consider margin for development charges and possession time, U will get the actual price,do analysis your own, U should buy now there is no other option available in this price, Phase 9 is very near to Center of Lahore,
