Dear Brothers - I will need some guidance regarding an investment in DHA Lahore. I will like to build a house for residential purpose inshallah 10 - 15 years from now. If my budget is tight is it okay to buy a one kanal file for 9-EXTENSION OR Bad Location plot in 9 PRISM. Please keep in mind it is for residential purpose. Brother please let me know your thoughts. Your expedite response will be really appreciated. THANKS

Buy in fizaya Lahore. In 65 you will get good location plot. Life style is no less than DHA and future prospects after LRR is bright . your investment will double in 5 years Insha Allah |

Never buy bad location as it will be dead investment with no buyer if you ever need money urgently |

Honest I will disagree that Fazaia and DHA both have same lifestyle. Fazaia offers residential plots only without the availability of broad spectrum of amenities offered by DHA. The most successful Fazaia is Fazaia Islamabad, which owes it's success to It's location. Apart from the location, there is not even a school and medical facility in that society. The commercial facilities are also extremely limited In Fazaia. Look at Fazaia Tarnol... unpopulated and underdeveloped for 2 decades now. In a nutshell Fazaia undoubtedly are reliable and clean small societies but cannot be matched with DHA. |
