Salam I have a plot in phase 7 Z2 block In the 1500 mark I am thinking of selling this plot and buying maybe 4 or 6 kanals farmhouse land burki rd this plot is at boundary and near village .should I sell now or wait till after eid I myself as a foreigner am Suspicious of patwari system but I think if you have solictior involved to check fard etc and leave with Allah .or should I sell now .would be grateful if a person called riiz on this forum could also advise me seems like a sensible boy.or should I keep this plot as investment I have had it 5 months..

Your choice . Farm houses are good for those who already own houses in Good societies . For a middle class person , farm house is a liability than comfort. |
