Dear Friends,

About 200 maps are been approved for house building by DHA in 9 Town. Presently no construction activity on ground but very soon may be from next month we will see activity over there. File price has started going up as well. Its Dha 9 Town turn next. You will see prices going up very soon as in dha ph 6 , 5marla plot is around 75 lacs.
200 plots map approval in all sectors is a big number. If only 50 houses start construction we are taking about 65 lacs for 5 marla plot. Remember if DHA 9 Town prices remain stable and goes up, Prisim prices go up and if 9 Town goes down Prisim prices come down as well.

Your post is not more than marketing of Phase-9 Town

Dear Akmal
Its a reality that DHA town prices will go up as soon as construction activity will start...which is likely to be started very soon...you can not find a plot in less than 60 and it can touch to 75.

Currently, there appears to be some decline in prices but such profit taking cycles have been normal for DHA town where some small investors tend to have a smaller heart. A relative comparison of prices in Phase 5 where 5 marala not so well located plots are now worth 90 lacs. In Phase 6 D block plots average at 80 lacs. It means prices will rise back to previous levels of 60 lacs average as soon as some profit takers are out of market. Also, as soon as 10-20 houses start construction we should see plots average around 65-70 lacs. However, the person mentioning that 200 maps have been sent for approval should mention his source to add credibility to the argument.
