Please let me know current market price of 5 Marla Commercial in D block on 100ft road in Bahria Town Lahore?
One dealer in Bahria is selling me at 185 lacs ? Is this reasonable or I am getting deceived ...
Please help urgently as I am about to finalize a deal and need second honest opinion..

Honest Bhai ; It is not easy to predict as one plot for 174 and another plot for 190 plus... So how can I know real market price.. I think due to corrections in the prices, there are options available as per seller's earlier bought price in a good or bad time. |

Ahmed Just keep in.mind that recently almost 10 lakh price is increased for each on ground plot of 10 marla.....and once LRR matter will be over you wont be able to fi d a 10 marla plot in kess than 80 |

@ sk So what is the current market rate ? ... I was told by one dealer that this road is dead. As one of the plaza is still not rented for last six months there.. So I am confused if I am buying something which will give me a good gain |

Bahria commercial is very good but my suggestion will be to remain within the approved main commercial area of Sector C. This is the hub of commercial activities, approved by TMA and has largest residential adjoining area. Further LRR may divide existing Bahria from Iqbal rafi blocks in sector E onwards. |

Hi, Better try to find the commercial plot in Main Sector C near Mosque or maximum in Sector E on same Road. will give u good returns. Rest of commercials on sides will nt be that much popular mate. many thanks kf |

Dear brother Its true that commercial is always having a great potential to grow. Please note that the commercial prices in Bahria are very less. I own one commercial in Setor F Tipu Sultan block on Main Boulevard which I bought at 260 Lac in 2013. I am trying to sell this commercial since last two years but no one is ready to pay back my amount. Even I am ready to sell this at even very low price but no buyer is there. So please before making huge investment, discuss it with some people. I dont think that its worth to buy commercial in bahria at the moment. In Long term it can be. Rest Allah knows better. Despite of this if you want to purchase then I will suggest you to go to Sector F where majority of Sector F commercial plot holders have only paid down paid or maximum one installment. PUrchase those plot at very very less amount than to invest such huge amount which you mentioned!!! |
