I am always surprised to see people getting their plot evaluated with no plans of selling....is it some kind of pleasure ?

It is necessary to be aware of your assett value change over time... esp in real estate investment... so that it can help you make better informed decisions in future..
For example one can either witness steady growth or sharp growth over the months or steady or sharp decline or it can be stangnance in prices in his own investment area or in general market... in that way he can make appropriate decision accordingly...
But too much inquiry like twice in a week is over obsession.. i agree. |
