Prices in R block prism 9 are rising for 5 marla comparitivly there is no much rising in j and k block it is m'y assessment.shed some light whats reason behind??

Dear Sir,
R Block prices will always be higher than J and K due to location and to get early developed but J and K are not bad one to hold except you hold very bad located plot there
